Mission Statement:
My mission is to exceed my clients' expectations by providing a value added service. I strive to net sellers the highest dollar amount for their properties in the least amount of time, to find buyers a suitable project or property in the least amount of time, and to negotiate the best possible outcome for all the parties I represent in every transaction. Above all, I strive to instill confidence in every client that they are getting the most reliable, honest, and efficient service possible.
Objectives:
Growing the operations of DuVestCo, Inc., by identifiying ways to serve the company’s client base, by increasing the volume of listed and sold properties, and by taking advantage of opportunities to participate in the ownership and development of single and multi-family projects.
Major Qualifications:
Educated and experienced with a career spanning over thirty years as a real estate licensee and developer with over $50 million in developments and brokered sales in the last ten years alone.
