5+ acres within the UGA or annexation area.  No maximum size with urban zoning potential.  The bigger the better!  Developer terms perfered, but we look at everything.

Preliminary Plats:

25-100+ lots anywhere in Western or Central Washington.  We sell all types of projects with entitlements or without.  In process is just fine!

Finished Lots:

25-100+ lots anywhere in Western or Central Washington.

Apartments:

25-100+ units anywhere in Western or Central Washington.  Fixer-uppers and garden court preferred, but will look at any complex suitable for condo conversions.

Distress Sales:
